We're using the Pure Body Extra Strength Zeolite: http://mytouchstoneessentials.com/pu...xtra-strength/

He gets 5 sprays every night before bed. I just saw on their website they say to do 4 sprays 3x/day. Wow! Maybe I should increase that for him. He loves taking it. It just tastes like water.

This is what I am doing for yeast right now.

I'm not sure how that would translate to a child, though.

I would increase it, if it fits in your budget.

I just started zeolite because I found out I have metals and herbicides galore in me. Joy. I'm taking 15 sprays 2x daily, plus silver because I'm full of mold, too. Double joy.

Sorry, I feel kinda yucky today.

Will you let us know what results you see? I've been very impressed with DT products, so far.

Have you tried biotin? I've read 15mg a day for yeast.

You know what, I just started him on biotin a couple of weeks ago, but we give his medicines at bedtime and it was disrupting his sleep really bad, so we stopped it. I may try mixing it in his eggs in the morning and see how that does.
