My Beco has a little tear... safe or not safe?
It's torn in and fraying where the colored panel meets the actual carrier. Is this unsafe? I have been using it with the baby but not the heavier toddlers. I don't see a rip on any of the black part of the carrier and it's not ripped inside, it's just the decorative material on the back of the carrier. I can't get a picture right now but I can post one later if that would help anyone. I don't want to get rid of a $140 carrier if I can help it and it's not under warranty anymore.

If it's just the decorative material it should be fine to keep using. But you need to be sure it's just the decorative stuff.
