link - I made this IP cheesy lentil and brown rice dish and it's pretty good! It's more of a cold weather dish IMO but I loved how easy it was.

I need to get to the groshry be store and get things planed.

I think we will have talapia with rice and I have no idea on veggies for dinner.

I don't have any ideas for lunch.

Today is the day that I am going to be trying to process 24kg of plums from my back yard so I will be in the kitchen all days but might not have anything to eat for dinner.

I'm trying drumsticks and steak in the air fryer. Maybe some brussels sprouts too.

How do you like your air fryer? And which one do you have?

(I'm thinking of getting one. Because I already have an Instant Pot. )

I think you will love it. I love pruser cookers in general and the instant pot combines the wonderful texture and flavor of a pruser cooker and the ease of a crock pot. Once ballet starts in September I will probably be useing it for at minimum 3 meals a week.

I love that I can toss frozen chicken, dry brown rice, random veggies and some stock in and come back 2 or 6 hours latter to wonderful chicken and rice soup.
