obviously gluten reaction
Just a vent...
Margarets been complaining her tummy is melting. Last Weekend she was doubled over in pain where I was worried it might have been like her appendix. She gets super tired wanting to rest a lot. Ran low grade fevers which she also seems to do with exposure. she has had at least 5 accidents in the past 2 days and a few more near misses. Were pretty positive it is a gluten reaction.. However we can't figure out where she would have gotten it. I seriously hate when we can't trace the source.

Re: obviously gluten reaction
New brand of chicken maybe? A friend of mine can't buy commerically processed chicken because her son is so sensitive the the fluids they use in packaging has gluten. Even some thyroid medication has gluten in it....just for irony I suppose.

Re: obviously gluten reaction
I had no idea! This explains why I want to claw my skin off every time I'm handling raw chicken. Would the chicken at the butcher station have the same issue?

Re: obviously gluten reaction
nothing obvious jumped out at me with the shampoo/conditioner though I'll admit I'm still somewhat new to reading for hidden gluten in labels. Especially non food stuff. We have this right now which isn't one we've used before.
http://www.tresemme.com/product/deta...ne-conditioner and the shampoo/soap http://aussie.com/en-us/shop-product...oner-body-wash we also use dove bar soap and currently have the purely pampering shea butter one. Which is also different. anything ping concern (other than the amount of unnecessary chemicals ) ? ETA another we use this to put her hair up for ballet class... http://herbalessences.com/en-us/shop...hold-spray-gel

Re: obviously gluten reaction
After I had been g free for about 4 years, I realized I was getting the same gluten symptoms from Udi's bread. And recently I've realized oats, even g free oats, give me trouble. Sometimes people who are sensitive to gluten become sensitive to other grains. It can be hard to figure out though. Just a thought.

Re: obviously gluten reaction
No idea. I just know she has to get chicken somewhere different than the grocery story (and in an irony, ds can't have chicken at this point at all - came up on his sensitivity panel. We think it might be because of the high corn content of the feed)
