Anemia? Floradix?
I tried to search for threads about anemia, (from the beginning of the forum's time) and the search gave zero results.. must be broken because I can't be the first person to talk about this
After suspecting something was wrong, I got some labs done and I am in fact anemic and was told to take 325mg iron 3x day and get retested in a month... I already eat an iron rich diet, and cook on cast iron 1-2x a day, no heavy periods... etc... so I was hoping the addition of Floradix liquid iron supp. would be enough, but I was told "no way" (By an ARNP). My question, has anyone here brought low iron levels up to a healthy place with a more natural supplement? I really want to feel better, so I'll take the stuff they suggest if that's the best option..
