Re: June 2020 dinners
I have chicken drumsticks roasting in the oven - it's a method I came across in the THM cookbook that I've never tried. Start frozen leg pieces in a 350 oven. After an hour, turn the heat down to 200 and roast for "a few more hours." Not sure what they consider a "few" but I have 2.5-3 before dinner, so I'm hoping that's enough!
The seasoning is a combination of Creole seasoning and barbecue spices like liquid smoke and paprika. And the obligatory hot sauce. I have heads of broccoli and cauliflower in the fridge waiting to be prepared.

We are having vegan chick pea coconut curry tonight. It’s one of DD’s favorites!
Last night we had slow cooker chicken and dumplings. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: June 2020 dinners
I want your curry recipe too. Especially since dd doesn't eat meat and loves chick peas.

Re: June 2020 dinners
LEFTOVERS! So have so many leftovers from this week.
I have Italian sausage (I didn't use it all in the quiche), vegetarian taco meat with beans (from street taco night), 2 kinds of soup and 2 kinds of lasagna.

Re: June 2020 dinners
We had tacos last night to feed a crowd of friends for my daughter's 17th birthday.
We also did fancy s'mores. Chips Ahoy cookies for the graham crackers and thin peppermint patties and Reece's peanut butter cups instead of plain chocolate. I don't really like s'mores, so I change it up! My son and I did roasted mushrooms with smoked gouda sandwiched between bruschetta crackers. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk

Re: June 2020 dinners
This S'mores Cake looks so yummy! I've been drooling over the recipe for the past two weeks, but my two Birthday Girls both chose different cakes and I just CANNOT make that many desserts. (My thighs can't handle it!) I have everything except the chocolate graham crackers, so perhaps this weekend!

How good would that be with Nutella? But I love s'mores.
