Re: BUNS.....
Do you want one for a bread machine or just by hand?
I have a simple one that you mix in the bread machine on the dough cycle - which makes it very easy and then you pull it out and make buns and let it rest I think. It is very good and simple.

Re: BUNS.....
Either way. I have a bread machine so I could do it that way.

Re: BUNS.....
Hamburger/Hot Dog Rolls
water 1 c butter 2 T sugar 2 T salt 2 t (can use less) flour 3 - 3 1/4 c nonfat dry milk (I have never used this, but it is in the recipe) 3 T yeast 2 t Mix in the dough cycle, remove from machine, punch it down and let it rest for 20 min. Form into 12 balls, make bun shapes and flatten. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Bake 275 15 to 20 min. another alternative is to skip the punch down and 20 min rest. Also, when letting the bread rise, you can cut the time back to about half if you preheat your oven to 200 degrees and turn it off and put the covered dough in to rise.

Re: BUNS.....
I actually just use my regular bread recipe, but take it out of the bread machine after the dough is ready and shape it into rolls.
