Re: May 2020 Dinners
I'm going to make...oh goodness, cant think of the name....oh yes, cashew chicken, rice, stirfry veggies, and pineapple tonight and tomorrow night I'm planning buffalo chicken salads - it's a recipe I made up inspired by Chili's buffalo chicken salads.

Re: May 2020 Dinners
Last night was Costco pizza. I ate a sandwich heavy on raw veggies with Ezekiel bread.
DH grilled out today so burgers and hot dogs.

Re: May 2020 Dinners
Tonight is chicken pot pie. I get so many veggies from the school free lunches my kids get. I'll definitely be using those up.
Probably we'll have another big salad too. Tomorrow is Enchiladas, beans, and poblano ranch with tortilla chips for mother's day (for my mom) and I'm planning to make chocolate chip cookies and homemade rice Krispy dark chocolates as a present for her. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk

Re: May 2020 Dinners
I think someone posted a million dollar baked penne recipe. I tried it (made it gf) and it was soooooo yummy. We ate that on Monday and Tuesday. Last night I grilled pork chops and veggies and we had cheesy grits topped with marinara on the side. Tonight we are having crockpot roast beef, potatoes, carrots, and green beans.

Re: May 2020 Dinners
Tonight is fend for yourself night. I'm just tired and done.
Tomorrow my youngest turns 12. He requested Asian burritos for dinner. I need to grab some red cabbage, but otherwise I'm good to go.

Re: May 2020 Dinners
We have chicken breast to have tonight, and I'm thinking of trying this bean recipe to go with it -
https://realfood.tesco.com/recipes/s...B&gclsrc=aw.ds I don't have any sour cream *or* feta, but I think it could still be nice. |

Re: May 2020 Dinners
I’m clueless. Last night DH brought a rotisserie chicken from work so we ate that. Not sure what tonight will be.

Re: May 2020 Dinners
We had leftovers last night. Tonight I'm out of ideas. My brain refuses to fire up.
The flank steak I took out of the freezer last night is still frosty. <grumble> It's either going to be more leftovers (or cereal) or Chicken sausages with onions and peppers.
