Using the last of the freezer meals I have on hand this week - Italian beef and Cranberry Orange Pork Roast. Going to the grocery store this afternoon so hopefully I can make up a few more.
I'm planning to freeze:
  • Italian beef - I truly can't get enough of that stuff. Delicious! - one bag
  • Chicken tacos - hopefully two bags
  • Sesame chicken - one bag
  • Grandma's BBQ meatballs - two bags
  • Purchase several bags of frozen veggies to have on hand for these meals - corn, mixed veggies, asian veggies, cauliflower mix

Do you brown the meat after it comes out of the crockpot? Also do you always make it into tacos or do you eat it some other way? I have this recipe pinned but haven't tried it yet.

I don't brown the meat. But I use pork mini roast and not butt/shoulder and it browns a little on its own. We almost never have tacos (DH has corn allergy and only 1 person likes tacos) but no rice and sometimes beans with it, or do a taco salad.
