I made chicken shwarma for dinner last night. It was not a hit. However, I made a lot. Ideas for using up the chicken? Think mediteranean seasoning.

Roasted chicken, homemade rolls (bread machine), and some vegetable from the freezer. Not feeling motivated today.

schwarma! I've been wanting to try that? Did you like it? I have no idea what to do with it since I've never had it. Pitas? Into a casserole or a soup? If you add it to broth with vegetables that should dilute the seasonings, if that's what nobody liked.

My children acted like I was posing them when I suggest chicken soup with rice. They deced they wanted rice and chicken seperate. So that is what we did.

Dh actually made it down stairs after I got the girls down. So I think we are all making progress.

Soup it will be. onion, celery & garlic, extra broth, some tomato sauce and some taco veggies (corn, beans) I think it will work fine.

It was fun to have something completely different, and my family were all good sports about it.
