Here was our DFGFSFCF dinner from Monday One item is vegan

ITALIAN ROASTED POTATOES

Soy Sauce/Mustard Turkey Cutlets Grilled (I used coconut aminos and cooked them in a cast iron pan)

I usually eat crockpot meals or meals that can be made in one pot. Or that only take thirty minutes to cook haha. I like everything except spicy foods. Any recipes appreciated for sure!!

We had this One Pot Turkey Chili Taco Mac. We loved it! I served it with avocado slices and sour cream, and left the cheese off. I also served it with Trader Joe's Southwestern Chopped Salad.

Last night I made chicken pot pies for everyone except dd. She had a chicken quesadilla (mainly bc the pot pies hurt her belly for some reason).

We had pasta with meat sauce and salid.

We tried a new brand of gf noodles that is more than half chickpeas. It was really good! And held up after cooking I think it would stand up for a cold pasta salid in the summer.
