Last night was starving student chicken and an oriental style salad that got good reviews.

Tonight? No idea.

Would love that coconut curry recipe!
I used this one: https://www.gnom-gnom.com/easy-paleo...curry-chicken/

I pretty much made it as is except left out the chilis.

Tonight we had omlettes with a ranchero sauce and waffles.

I have chicken drumsticks roasting in the oven - it's a method I came across in the THM cookbook that I've never tried. Start frozen leg pieces in a 350 oven. After an hour, turn the heat down to 200 and roast for "a few more hours." Not sure what they consider a "few" but I have 2.5-3 before dinner, so I'm hoping that's enough!

The seasoning is a combination of Creole seasoning and barbecue spices like liquid smoke and paprika. And the obligatory hot sauce.

I have heads of broccoli and cauliflower in the fridge waiting to be prepared.

We are having vegan chick pea coconut curry tonight. It’s one of DD’s favorites!

Last night we had slow cooker chicken and dumplings.

LEFTOVERS! So have so many leftovers from this week.

I have Italian sausage (I didn't use it all in the quiche), vegetarian taco meat with beans (from street taco night), 2 kinds of soup and 2 kinds of lasagna.

We had tacos last night to feed a crowd of friends for my daughter's 17th birthday.

We also did fancy s'mores. Chips Ahoy cookies for the graham crackers and thin peppermint patties and Reece's peanut butter cups instead of plain chocolate. I don't really like s'mores, so I change it up!

My son and I did roasted mushrooms with smoked gouda sandwiched between bruschetta crackers.

Do you try to melt the chocolate at all.

This S'mores Cake looks so yummy! I've been drooling over the recipe for the past two weeks, but my two Birthday Girls both chose different cakes and I just CANNOT make that many desserts. (My thighs can't handle it!) I have everything except the chocolate graham crackers, so perhaps this weekend!

A few years ago I ran across an indoor s'mores recipe that used chocolate ganache spread on graham crackers, topped with marshmallows and run under the broiler. The chocolate is just the right consistency.

How good would that be with Nutella?

But I love s'mores.
