Re: Your meals in July!
I made a veggie/tofu stir fry. Totally healthy.
But now that the kids are in bed, I'm contemplating chocolate cookies just for ME! I think I really need chocolate, but I'm out of all forms except cocoa powder.

Re: Your meals in July!
Ok, our kids have ALL been away at summer camp this week. DH and I have been enjoying tasty meals.
We had bbq'ed steak, broccoli (on the bbq - pretty tasty!), and taco chips with avocado, tomato, feta dip. So good. Then we had bbq'ed steak with bbq'ed peppers and zucchini, with taco chips and mango avocado salsa. Last night, we had leftover steak with sauteed rainbow chard and kale (from our friends' garden), with peppers, on green salad. Tonight? Ah-maze-ing. Homemade pizza with carmelized onions(as the sauce) proscuitto, fresh figs, mozzarella, and goat cheese, topped with arugula. So, SO good. Pizza pic: |

Re: Your meals in July!
My dh is catching something respiratory from work. So I pulled out a whole chicken and used my instant pot to make a delicious full of immune boosting power chicken soup for dinner.
Love the instant pot for homemade broth! So quick and easy!!!
