Re: Anyone have experience with Republic Wireless?
I PM'ed you my referral code, Tanya (If anyone else is planning to sign up, it gives both you and me a $20 account credit.)
I just got the Moto G too! I've been on the $19 plan with the Defy, but I'm thinking of switching to the $10 plan too, because I'm almost always in WiFi. The only time I think I would NEED 3G data is if I get lost driving and want Mapquest... But I also managed to get along without that for years for before having a smartphone, so hopefully I'll live! |

We've been with them for 2 years and have zero complaints.

Re: Anyone have experience with Republic Wireless?
YES! We have had them for about a year now. We have 3 phones in our family, and are all on the $10/month unlimited talk/text plan. Tho I know their plans have recently changed and expanded and are now $15/month for that same plan (with extended coverage towers I think???).
Anyway, I LOVE it. No complaints. Works fantastically. And I've never really needed the data since it connects to wifi and there is wifi most places. And yes, they use the sprint towers when they use cell service. Default to wifi when available of course. Which is a HUGE bonus to me because at our home we get very limited cell tower coverage of any sort, but my phone still works perfect at home because it connects to our home wifi.

Re: Anyone have experience with Republic Wireless?
We use RW. Have 4 phone lines on it, 3 have the talk and text plan with free wi-fi, mine has 1GB of data (we are on the 2.0 plan, which refunds any data I don't use). Our monthly phone bill is always under $60 and the service is pretty good. I wanted to upgrade to the newer phones but it would push me to the 3.0 plan and I don't know if I want to switch over to it.
