Last night I made country style steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, and brussels sprouts for me, shoepeg corn for everyone else.

Sheet pan dinner tonight - ranch chicken legs and roasted green beans. Not sure if we need anything else . . . . .

We had an amazing dinner tonight. If you're dairy free or vegan, find yourself some Kite Hill Ricotta Cheeze!

I made 3 pizzas: Pepperoni and Daiya Mozzarella, Pepperoni and Ricotta, and AIP BBQ sauce with leftover shredded turkey and cheddar Daiya for DH who avoids tomatoes.

I had chicken breast, garlic, olive oil, kale, spaghetti squash, leftover roasted summer squash with almond milk ricotta. Very good!

Yesterday was Shepherd's pie. Today's lunch is going to be cabbage and meatball soup. I think based on this recipe: http://www.naturalfertilityandwellne...meatball-soup/
