Magnesium oil?
Anyone use Magnesium Oil? I just heard about it last night and it sounds great. I would love to hear people's experiences with it.

Re: Magnesium oil?
I ordered some and it should be here today or tomorrow. I'll let you know what I think when it comes.

Re: Magnesium oil?
Pretty much everything. It's like the cure all. I'm on day 4 I think and i do feel calmer and I've been using it as a deodorant successfully. My 9 year old has little warts on his face that I've been putting it on and they even seem to be shrinking.
On the one website I was reading (I wish I saved it) had T-tappers talking about it. It's suppose to be good for muscle recovery and cellulite. Some other things; RLS, migraines, ADD, anxiety, stress, bleeding gums, cavities, better sleep, on cuts and as a bug repellant. If I can find the one website that was awesome I'll post it.

I've been reading about it, too, but haven't gotten around to ordering any.

Re: Magnesium oil?
I take a magnesium supplement at bedtime for constipation. Wondering if the oil applied topically would have the same effect?

Re: Magnesium oil?
I don't think so. That's one of the benefits of the oil. You can get the amount you need without the digestive issues magnesium can give at higher doses.
