Thanks. I actually did know that (tho I thought you can also do it in the blender or food processor????) but I have no gf oats on hand either. It's just so painful when regular oats are SO DARN cheap. But I get why they're so much more.

I was sort of hoping we could get away with the organic oats I buy from the bulk food store (hoping? praying? begging? for low cross contamination issues), but alas, my gf dd reacted strongly to them. So alas, no such luck.

Sadly, the one flour I do not have one hand is oat flour. Do you have a 2nd fave bread recipe that doesn't use oat?

If you do Subscribe and Save, they have the best price on GF oat flour.

We did this one for years. You can just use baking mix for the flour. I'd add a little more xanthan.
