Prefrozen Cauliflower Rice?
I have some frozen uncooked cauliflower rice. What are your favorite ways to use it?

Re: Prefrozen Cauliflower Rice?
My favorite way is to roast it. I spread it out on a pan, spray a little olive oil on it, and roast it in the oven. Then I caramelize some onions or shallots on the stovetop and stir them in before serving. I don't make it much though because I have a tiny oven with only one rack and would really need to make two pans for my family to be worth it.

Re: Prefrozen Cauliflower Rice?
It hasn't really been a hit in our house. I don't mind it as a rice substitute in burrito bowls but that's about it.
Recently I read a suggestion to stir it into ground beef while cooking it and that is how I plan to use up what we have. I did that last night for a casserole and it just looks like minced onion - didn't really change the taste or texture at all.

My kids won't eat it, but I will They had cauliflower for $1.29 in the bump & dent produce section, and I bought 3. So now I have a ton of rice

Re: Prefrozen Cauliflower Rice?
How funny...my kids LOVE it! I've never made it any other way besides what I said above though. Even my picky DS11 gobbles it up!
