Veggie noodles
What kind of veggie noodles have you made with your spiralizer (besides zucchini) and how did you use them?

I make carrot noodles, and I bake them, tossed with some olive oil, salt and cumin. Just before serving, I add a bit of lime juice. They make a great side dish for tex-mex meals, or a taco filling addition.

Zucchini and carrots are my fave.
 I sautee them together, in oil with salt and pepper.

They're harder to make, but we love sweet potato noodles. With things like thai peanut sauce and chicken, or even Mexican flavors.
