Re: Tell me what to bake...
I love the Baker's One Bowl Brownies recipe . Easy-peasy, and it turns out great with ww flour (except that for some reason it only takes half the cooking time when I use ww flour ).

Re: Tell me what to bake...
Either these oatmeal cookies and you can add choco chips:
http://www.momswhothink.com/cookie-r...ie-recipe.html I love this recipe. They actually get softer the longer you leave them out. Even uncovered. The cookie dough itself is so good, I now use cornstarch substitute for the eggs and indulge. Or if you want to drown yourself in goodness: http://thepioneerwoman.com/?s=chocol...t+cake&submit= I don't like chocolate cake, but this, this, this is and and . Be warned.

Re: Tell me what to bake...
So, I got to the kitchen, and I had to do all the dishes and clean it all up, and then I was too tired to cook, so I got a spoon ful of chocolate chip cookie dough (dough is good, cookies-- dissappointing-- I am still getting used to high altitude baking ) and came and plopped down in front of the TV. Thanks for all the recipes though! I'm super excited about the soft oatmeal cookies, and I've really wanted to try the PW cake, too. (I'm also always up for a good brownie. )

Re: Tell me what to bake...
Relizabeth, I have the brownies in the oven right now. (I had to bake them in a mini cupcake tin though...)

You could be a sloth and get Ghiradelli dark chocolate brownies
and then add ice cream. I SPECIALIZE in making unhealthy food unhealthier.

Well I didn't see this wednesday, but you should have been making cake in honor of me. :P
Why do all the good recipes have butter? I can't do butter.
