I might try some of the tie nappies and wool nappy pants for nighttime. I have never been good at nightime. I have always needed more sleep than other people for whatever reason. Lack of sleep really affects my emotional state. I am extremely sensitive to this for myself.
Nightime parenting is so difficult for me. I usually just let them nurse in bed and avoid diaper changes. So, I have used paper diapers for nightime for all the kids. I was given a couple of aristocrats at one point and that wasn't too bad. (Sorry for the hijack.) We should have a monthly diaper chat thread like the homeschool and food forums have

Fitteds, fleece liners and wool covers are meant to be great overnighters, which is what I'm trying this time, because with CFS, majorly disturbed nights are also not m friend :shudder Also will be using Velcro fastening fitteds to make any night changes I have to do as simple and quick as possible.

What about a stay dry topper with prefolds? I've been through every kind of diapering and after 7+ years I STILL keep changing it up...

Yeah, I started cloth diapering 16 years ago. I actually still had some of those diapers with my last child
