How do you make your salmon melts? We are humongous fans of salmon here so a fun new way to cook it would be fun!

Take and bake for us. Airport day

Twice a month I haul all the kids through security at the airport and wait for an hour and a half to either pick up or drop off DS. It sucks. Every time. Thankful for Papa Murphey's!!!

can of salmon, deboned/de-skinned (Aldi has wild salmon canned for a great price)
3 T mayo
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt

Mix together, spread on bread, top with cheese and bake for 8-10 min at 375ish. I put tomatoes under the cheese when they're in season. We like it with cheddar, mozzarella, provolone, whatever.

Makes about 3-5 servings depending on the size of your bread and how well your kids like it
