We had an amazing dinner tonight. If you're dairy free or vegan, find yourself some Kite Hill Ricotta Cheeze!
I made 3 pizzas: Pepperoni and Daiya Mozzarella, Pepperoni and Ricotta, and AIP BBQ sauce with leftover shredded turkey and cheddar Daiya for DH who avoids tomatoes. I had chicken breast, garlic, olive oil, kale, spaghetti squash, leftover roasted summer squash with almond milk ricotta. Very good!

tonight was salmon, scalloped potatoes, roasted broccoli, carrots, onions and garlic and sautéed zucchini with sliced almonds.
