cbmk4 Rose Garden INTJ Join Date: Feb 2010 Posts: 7,198	Squash and chocolate chip bread/muffins I've had way too many squash and pumpkins around here lately. Today I made bread, mini muffins and mini loaves with pureed roasted acorn squash. I threw in chocolate chips, hoping to make them more inviting for the kids. I just tasted a mini muffin--not bad. I hope the kids like them. Here's the recipe; I just stirred in the chocolate chips at the end and subbed acorn squash for butternut squash. __________________ Married to my sweetheart for 25 years Mama to my four dear children ages 22, 19, (forever 13) and 10
