I do the Ziploc bag for sheet pan dinners thing. Also, I set the oven to come on 15 minutes before we will be home so I don't have to wait for it to heat up. Our oven cooks quickly enough, but takes forever to heat up.
Also, I have been prepping salad ingredients and placing them in mason jars. Not making the salad in the jar, but like putting cucumber in one jar, carrots in another, chick peas, etc. They stay really fresh and crisp. Salad greens stay fresh in the spinner. When we get home, I just bring out all the jars and set them on the counter along with croutons, seeds, cheese, whatever other toppings we have, and everyone can make their own salad. They can just pour everything right from the jar. So easy.

FINALLY I got an instapot!! I spotted it about a month ago at Walmart for $79. It may be the older model. Took the plunge today.
