Re: What's for dinner in April?
Butter chicken on rice. And cauliflower. I haven't decided if I'm going to put the cauliflower IN the sauce in bits, or not.
I might make a modified dinner for the kids. They'll probably flip out.

Re: What's for dinner in April?
Having guests over. We are having coq au vin, parsley potatoes, peas, and I can't decide between baked brie with pepper jelly or chocolate pudding for dessert.

Re: What's for dinner in April?
Tacos I think. It was supposed to be meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn but I don't feel like that. I'm pregnant so I get to change things around!

We're having tacos, too. Beef for ds1, lentil/tomato filling for the rest (though dd will want some of both).

Re: What's for dinner in April?
I'm going to try French onion burgers tonight, loosely using this recipe http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/f...aringpinterest although I will be skipping the optional ingredients and adding mushrooms to the onions and swapping beef broth for chicken broth and adding in some extra spices like garlic and thyme. French fries on the side along with this absolutely delicious orange salad http://www.pinterest.com/pin/367747125794385293/. I cannot wait to eat this meal! I hope it lives up to my expectations.
