Gluten free bread maker bread. - Page 2

I have an older breadman with a gf setting. The issue I have with it is that the bake part is not long enough. But, there is also a programmable custom cycle, so I use that. So any machine with a custom cycle would probably work, you don't need a gf specific one. This is my favorite recipe: http://www.namastefoods.com/recipes/...on=show&Id=138. I buy the flour at Costco.

I am not certain that any bread machine will work. If the dough rises and it gives a 2nd kneading, it will cause the GF loaf to fall and become a brick.

At least that has been my experience. I have been saving and looking for a reliable machine.

My machines always did a 2nd kneading with no issue.

My birthday is on Sunday, to day weighting for me at my mom's house.

And the book on top is the 'gluten free arisen bread'

I don't plan on buying bread any more!

I certainly will!! I am really excited, I made all of our own bread for years before figuring out dh needed to be gluten free. We have been gf for 3 years I need to get back into the swing of it.

They both say they make 2lb loafs? So can I just try the one I like? Or should I try the recipes from the machine first?

Well they are more readable if side ways so I am deleting the first set of the pictures from the gf recipies I like.

this morning when I tried to make bread I realized that it is missing an essential park to make the kneeding work. So sad

I think they could just send me the missing part. But there customer support is only during normal business hours so I don't expect to hear any thing untill Monday.

Are you sure it's not wrapped up in the packaging? (I'm assuming it's the paddle? It's pretty small and easy to overlook.)

It isn't the paddles, it is the wing nuts that go on the bottom of the pan to connect to the moter
