They wanted a receipt and that was harder as it was a present, it didn't help that I was gone for almost 2 weeks for thanksgiving. I should have a new part for mine tomorrow.
I bought some Bob red Mill bread mixes ( found them on sail for $3) so that right away I can just dump and go. My current favorite bread recipient comes from Silvana's kitchen. Once I get things moving in the new year I plan on once a month mixing up my own bags of bread mix.

I did my first loaf today so its all ready for Christmas dinner. I just used a Bob mills bread mix so pretty simple but it came out super!

It is wonderful!! I have had a working pan for mine for 3 weeks tomorrow and have made 7 loaves. They are wonderful.

I made another loaf today kind of winging it, since I don't really have the ideal flours right now. The top came out kind of weird and cracked but the bread still turned out yummy and baked through great.
