Kindle Apps for Kids

My girls got their brother a Kids Kindle for Christmas and I want to load some apps on it so it's ready Christmas morning. Any suggestions? He'll be 9 next month.

Oh, and I depend on Chore Checklist Lite.

I can see that being useful for a child.

It would need to be totally customized, but I really find it helpful.

Another good app is Bible Gateway.

If he has any interest in football (aka soccer) he would like Fotmob.

I find Phone Scheduler to be indispensable.

My newly 8 year old likes Math Blaster

She also likes human anatomy atlas visible body... but it takes a long time to download and beyond the free parts each section costs $20, so make sure you have a password in place. She really likes anatomy. It has videos and models, and quizzes... high school or college level, I'm not sure what. She enjoys it though, i think kids like seeing the insides of bodies.

There is a dolphin/aqua life ap too that is pretty fun, but she took the kindle when she saw me looking at it.
