Re: ~*~ Autumn HBC To Do/5minute challenge thread ~*~ Week 3+
I'm having a super slow morning, but I did get laundry and school started. I am going to try to just do five minute challenges today. I am tired and don't have much motivation but it worked well on Saturday to get the important stuff done so I'm going to try that again.
First up is dishes and sweeping |

Re: ~*~ Autumn HBC To Do/5minute challenge thread ~*~ Week 3+
I forgot to post my list this morning, but we walked the dog to the playground again, did a load of laundry, did school, cleaned the kitchen, cleaned out the guinea pigs a D was supposed to do the deep clean in the playroom but I needed a rest. Honestly not sure if I'll get to it later or if it will roll over to tomorrow. It's 6pm now, so it'll be dinner and bedtime, then putting the washing away. I don't really want to be running the Hoover while the kids are in bed. I might ask DH to help me get it picked up so I can do the floors tomorrow.

Re: ~*~ Autumn HBC To Do/5minute challenge thread ~*~ Week 3+
Floors swept
Lunch made Dishes done Laundry is in the dryer I really want to work on some decluttering/tidying and maybe clean the hall bath this afternoon. We'll see how it goes. On a side note it is interesting noting the time differences. I feel like I'm always behind when I get on this thread because it's seems to be late afternoon for some when I'm just getting my morning started. FYI it's 1:03 pm where I'm at. |

Re: ~*~ Autumn HBC To Do/5minute challenge thread ~*~ Week 3+
You're 6hours behind me I always feel a bit weird finishing up before everyone else it's 9.30 now and I'm clocking out for the night.
I felt like I didnt get much done today but I got a good amount of points. It's a very gratifying thing to watch those points mount up. Even though it doesn't get me anything, it's validating that my efforts are 'worth' something. Does that sound weird? Also I'm not sure whether to be embarrassed or proud by how motivating I find the points. Stuff I didn't bother with before is suddenly worth the effort if it gets me 20 points (looking at making the bed here )

Re: ~*~ Autumn HBC To Do/5minute challenge thread ~*~ Week 3+
Ds requested chilli for dinner, and I had some in the freezer so dinner will be easy tonight. The last load of laundry is in the washer, and I hope to have everything put away before bedtime.

Re: ~*~ Autumn HBC To Do/5minute challenge thread ~*~ Week 3+
I ended up with a fast and furious flu that I am still recovering from two days later. Yesterday I also had an exam that I tried my best to study for. Needless to say, housework hasn't been my top priority. Today I'm did a lot of driving to get my dk to various appointments. Now I'm home for the evening and getting caught up on laundry and dishes.
