Oh ack, I just realized I threw away my chicken carcass from the other night. I wanted to make stock!

Oh and in other news, I just used up the last of a 10 lb bag of potatoes in one week! I guess we've eaten a lot of potatoes this week. Might want to vary my menu plan a little more for next week.
