Potato soup

Last night was stir fry - I had leftover cabbage from Sunday's meal so put a quarter of the cabbage head into the stir fry and it worked out! And it used a box of frozen egg rolls from the freezer.

Tonight is pasta with either and olive oil garlic sauce I make or just white sauce in a jar.

Tomorrow the kids can order pizza in bc Dh and I have dinner out and a salsa dancing lesson for a friends birthday.

What do you wear to a salsa dancing lesson? A dress? Not heels (I mean you can't but Id fall over rather than learn to dance salsa), I thinking a dress and a pair of converse shoes? Like the teens like to. I also have flats. I do have a pair of sketchers flats so they are more rubbery than regular flats but still look cute.

Ill have to meal plan between now and Friday and pick up groceries on my way home Friday.

Wednesdays I work late so we're just having roasted broccoli with Tikka Masala from Costco over rice.

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans - I'm on a soft food diet for two more weeks after more oral surgery. Ugh.

Tomorrow is Baked Coconut Curry Salmon over rice, roasted broccoli, and maybe naan.

Last night was sour cream chicken and bean (real or fake chicken - 2 dishes) enchiladas.

Tonight I have hair appt after yoga so itll be leftover enchiladas for all.

Tomorrow is a track meet for both so they will pack a dinner and dh and I will do something quick and easy. Or finish off any leftovers (we still have some potato soup from Saturday in the fridge but it might be gone by then)

Thursday - I have leftover potatoes, leftover sour cream, leftover broccoli and peas on the side I can just put that all in a casserole dish with IDK something and baked it like some type of casserole yes? Or else just loaded baked potatoes. I definitely want to use up the potatoes and can cook the broccoli on the side. Its not a lot of broccoli though for just eating a big pile of - wed all get a small pile but that would be ok for 1 day. Or maybe Ill fry the potatoes and put fried eggs on top? Or baked them like crisps and make vegan potato "nachos" with vegan chorizo. I have cheese and siracha sauce too.
