itchy toes
Margaret keeps complaining that the tops of her toes itch. She has no visible signs of rash etc. Feet don't seem.too hot cold sweaty dry etc.
The only change is at home we are low grain and gluten as well as very low 'processed'foods. However I'm still visiting my parents and they are anything but..lots of canned produce prepared meals pasta breads etc.. my mother's diet is even worse currently be cause of recent bowel resection surgery. So very car by. No idea if this is called u sing issue e s..thoughts?

Re: itchy toes
Someone else has trouble with feet from gluten in the environment.
Or for me, I'm allergic to nearly all sandals/flip flops touching the tops of my feet. |

Re: itchy toes
Interesting. My son used to tell me that washing dishes made his feet itch.

We're always barefoot unless actually out. Her shoes socks haven't changed. Same kinda detergent as we use at home.

Re: itchy toes
I don't know what caused it but i had terribly itchy feet last year for a while. It happened at night and kept me awake. I found that putting witch hazel on them before bed helped. Thankfully it went away, whatever it was.

Re: itchy toes
Peppermint Dr Bronners might help. That is what I use when my feet are itchy. If she wears enclosed shoes, like sneakers, you could wash them.
