Kalette?

Have you heard of it? Dh wants to go to the restaurant where he proposed for Valentine's Day. I just checked their menu and they have braised kalettes which I had to google of course. Apparently it's a new vegetable that is a hybrid of kale and Brussels sprouts. Anyone tried it?

Never heard of it but man alive, kale and brussel sprouts are two of my absolute fave veggies so the combination has the potential of being heavenly!!!

Did you end up trying them? I'd love to hear your review.
