anchor hocking bowls in the oven?
I have several anchor hocking bowls that I use for mixing/storage,but I guess that they are oven safe up to 425. Does anyone have any that they use in the oven?I'm scared lol I don't want to break them..

Re: anchor hocking bowls in the oven?
I had one break in the microwave years ago! I do use pyrex glass in the oven and microwave without issues, however.

I too have had them break a time or two. I've also had my husband drop one while doing the dishes & it cracked into a bazillion pieces. I've also had my pampered chef pizza stone crack in the oven. It happens. It's frustrating when you're starving or you spent money on pricey ingredients (or even not so pricey). I almost cried with the pizza stone but nothing lasts forever. |
