Monday we had hamburgers and a grilled corn/feta salad.
Last night we had Taco Salad. Tonight is Taco Salad leftovers for the family and I'm going out to dinner with some friends.

Tonight was potato soup with bone broth and ham from Easter, with gf cornbread.
Last night I had Bible Study, and two kids made burgers, tater tots, and salad.

I made a recipe from PlateJoy that sounded so good and it was a total dud.
Moroccan chicken and root vegetable stew. It had boneless chicken thighs, rutabagas, onions, apricots, carrots, broth, cumin, coriander, and cinnamon. I served it with quinoa. It was so bland. We all added tons of salt, garlic and red pepper at the table but even with all that nobody wants to eat it again. And I have lots left. |

I had planned a sheet pan dinner of brussel sprouts and pork chops. However the appliance repare guy was here fixing the dishwasher and giving me a shelf that was missing in the fridge. So the girls are yogart and gernola. Now to get them to bed and see if I can get the prlork chops made
