I'm planning to make chicken and potato chowder tonight, but I think I'd like to jazz it up a little.

Re: September Dinners
Simple dinner tonight. Baked sweet potatoes, baked chicken, roasted zucchini and summer squash. Leftover rice for the kid who doesn't like sweet potatoes

Re: September Dinners
I'm glad there is always a link in the previous month's thread to the current one. Because I miss the month change EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
Tonight we had beef stronganoff over rice or zucchini strips with carrots and broccoli on the side.
