I need a recipe
Cake or cookies, preferably chocolate or not, no nuts, and it needs to call for no more than 1 3/4 cups of flour. And desserty. That'd be good.

Re: I need a recipe
I'm pretty sure you can short this by 1/4 cup. Maybe use 1 less egg.
Adapted from the Chocolate Rocky Road Cake reicpe in the Land o' Lakes cookbook. Cake 2 c flour 1 1/2 c sugar 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa 1/2 c butter, softened 1 c water 3 eggs 1 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla Mix all ingredients. Beat on low until moist. Then beat on high 1 -2 minutes until smooth. Scrape often. Pour batter into a greased & flours 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes at 350. 2 cups marshmallows Sprinkle Marshmallows on top of cake once it's done baking. Return to oven for 1 - 2 minutes, until mallows are softened. Remove from oven. Frosting 1/4 c butter 3 oz cream cheese 1 oz square unsweetened chocolate 2 T milk 3 c powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla Melt butter, cream cheese, chocolate & milk in a 2 qt saucepan. Stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla & powdered sugar until smooth. Pour over marshmallows and swirl together. Sprinkle with chopped graham cracker crumbs. Or, for Rocky Road, sprinkle with chopped peanuts. This cake is best eaten the day it's made.
