30 hour soaked cashews -- use or toss?
I soaked them for 8 hours and didn't end up using them last night. I drained them & put them in the fridge.
I will need soaked cashews for dinner tonight. Are the ones from yesterday ok to use or should I toss them & start over?

I'm not sure. It seems that you were supposed to dry them.

I've done that before and I don't count the fridge time so I would have used them. I assume you're making a creamy dip or something? I need to get back into my nut soaking routine . . .

As long as they are not slimy, they're fine. I soak, drain, and refrigerate all the time.
