Favorite source for mama cloth? And another related ?
I anticipate I won't be visited by Aunt Flo for awhile (first pp af being about 11 months after giving birth with the others), but want to try mama cloth and some sort of "cup" option when that time gets here...
1) what is your favorite source for mama cloth? 2) especially if you have tried more than one "cup", which did you prefer & why? |

Re: Favorite source for mama cloth? And another related ?
I have tried a lot of different mama cloth, avoiding usually the big name companies and going with mama made stuff. I love Pink Lemonade pads, they are sold on Etsy and Hyena Cart.

I'm needing to replace pads after 10 years, so following.
For cup, I've tried meluna and diva. Diva fits better, so it's my favorite.

I really like Mother Moon Pads minky pads and liners. I've had some flannel from other brands and they aren't as nice after awhile.

I like the Pink Daisy pads. They are pretty basic but have worked well for me.
I have another brand that is minky-topped. Personally, they didn't feel good to me - very hot.

I like Imse Vimse cloth pads, overnight style. Lasted 5 years before they didn't get washed quickly enough, and I decided to retire them.
Try sea sponges. $9 for 12 on amazon. Soak, boil, use.

Re: Favorite source for mama cloth? And another related ?
I've actually never bought dedicated mama cloth. I've used newborn diaper inserts since my kids were all super wetters and soaked through them in one go. I also used a cheap set of wash cloths folded up that worked nicely. For over nights I used old receiving blankets folded newspaper style. It is super bulky but no leaks.

That package looks pretty small for tampon use. Probably okay for light days or frequent changing
