Suggestion for a magnesium supplement
...For a 10 yr old? He has a rough time staying asleep & his legs are so restless all night. Any brand or combination of other supplements you would recommend?

Re: Suggestion for a magnesium supplement
I spray mag oil on my kids legs when they are sleeping. It burns the first week or so that you use it. They don't notice the burn because they are sleeping. I really need to do it for a week at a time and then nightly so it can just be part of the bedtime routine!
