Have you used rhodiola?
I've been reading about an herbal adaptogen called rhodiola, and how it's done good things for people with adrenal and thyroid disorders, in clinical studies.

It's one of the ingredients in my Stress Manager (by Herb Pharm) tincture. I take it for adrenal fatigue, and I think it really helps.

Amway used to sell it years ago,so I took it for energy boost (I don't think I knew about adrenal anything back then).
Yes,it works! Don't try to take rhodiola that expired five years ago. That hurt my stomach

It's in my adrenal fatigue mixture. It is a blood thinner, and while I took it throughout pregnancy, my
