Best shampoos for wavy hair?
I've been using natural/organic shampoos/conditioners for my family for about 8 years. I've used various brands, a few really good, some not, and others just too expensive. My daughter has wavy hair that is easily unkempt-looking if she uses too much or too little conditioner. It can turn out oily-looking, or dry and brittle, depending on how much and how well she uses the products. Yet, when she comes home from a sleepover with grandparents, her her is consistently shiny and bouncy. Of course, they use just plain Johnson & Johnson No-More-Tears, which I have avoided like the plague due to all the stuff I've heard about them through the years (from allergies and respiratory issues, to cancer). So, what is a good alternative here, besides having to babysit my daughter during every shower?

We really like Suave Green Apple. It was a CurlyGirl recommendation and has been wonderful. Then Garnier leave-in conditioner every second or third day.

Re: Best shampoos for wavy hair?
Thank you!! I have a girl with wavy hair. It's good to know I can get something inexpensive. I've spent so much trying to find something for my super curly girl's hair. We have four different wave/curl patterns in our house with mine being the coarsest and tightest.

Make sure you use Suave Naturals.
I have curly hair and never use shampoo. But I do use Suave Naturals conditioner.

Re: Best shampoos for wavy hair?
Hi I'm a curly myself and I don't use shampoo anymore but I must say that Tresemme used to do wonders for my curls. Very hydrating! But if you want, try an Apple Cidar Vinegar rinse here and there and coconut oil for conditioner to rehydrate. That works pretty well too. Blessings!
