I've noticed different bones give different quality of broth. This batch is not nearly as gelatinous as previous batches. I left out some of the "dog" bones this time.

So, I'm having trouble stomaching the smell of chicken broth this pregnancy. I miss it.

We tried putting it out on the front porch, but 20 minutes later some cats were already creepin' up.

Chicken feet pretty much guarantee a very gelatinous broth

Does this broth have iron in it? DS is anaemic and have been adding broth to his breakfast oats.
