Last night was oven baked Scottish salmon https://www.theendlessmeal.com/8-minute-baked-salmon/
Sides of white rice and steamed broccoli and I did mini meatballs for any who didnít want the fish.

No clue on tonight yet. Iím still trying to get through my breakfast coffee.

We had venison in a beefy mushroom sauce with horseradish, sour cream, curry and other stuff. Lol served over rice and I made parmesan zucchini chips.
