Alternative for fish oil to treat anxiety?
What would be a workable substitute for fish oil to treat anxiety/depression? I am breastfeeding my baby and the fish oil is making her sick so I am unable to take it right now. I really feel like I need something for anxiety and fish oil usually helps tremendously. Any ideas what else I could use? Flax oil?

Anything with high Omega 3s rather than 6s. Flax oil or meal you can sprinkle on things,hemp. also magnesium and silica

I've found a direct correlation between my anxiety and sugars. Cutting all sweeteners, even natural ones, helped reduced my anxiety significantly.

Extra magnesium and cutting out sugar seems to take the edge of dd's anxiety.
