probiotic

Suggestions for a good adult probiotic? Just for general health, no specific concerns. I would be taking it so pill or powder is fine. Hopefully something I can find on iherb. So many options, I don't know how to pick!

I have loved and used Garden of Life for years but it came to my attention that the company has been sold and formula changed recently so am looking too.G of L was one that I ould see real positive results both in me and kids

Primal Defense Ultra is my favorite, I didn't notice a change in formula. I'll have to double check. That would be really disappointing.

Mine too but read he has sold company to Procter and Gamble I think it said and has a new company called beyond organic. have not verified but when ent to order at Amazon someone said it is not GF now and has thngs like molasses and dextrose in it - I've been looking at Primal defense and was wondering why has there been a change to their formula? It also stated that it isn't gluten free anymore? Why has thee been a change to the formula? Also why is there more iron and other stuff like molasses and dextrose?
