I need a really good probiotic....
.... for myself, and my kids (especially middlest).
Recommendations? I eat/drink fermented foods daily, but kiddos do not.

Re: I need a really good probiotic....
There is one at Trader Joes with at least 5 strains that works well for me. I have tried two others that made me feel bloated and uncomfortable. You might need to try a few until you find something that works because our gut flora needs are different. My recommendation is to pick one with many strains to increase the odds of it working for you and your children. If you or your kids eat yoghurt, you can try mixing the probiotic powder in to the yoghurt.

Re: I need a really good probiotic....
My DD eats a yogurt with probiotics in it. I just get it from Wegmans (grocery store here). She eats a bowl daily.

I use Primal Defense. It was one of the recommended ones from when I was doing GAPS.
