just made some icing up for cinnamon buns and had some left over heavy cream so i used that not milk !!! you all have to try it soooooooo much yummier!!!

well OK *don't laugh*

step 1- take a toddler bowl with the suction cup on the bottom out of ur cupboard
step 2- pretty much fill the bowl with icing sugar
step 3- add a little heavy cream keep adding till its the desired consistency
step 4- stick finger in and taste it
step 5- add some vanilla
step 6- taste again
step 7- try not to eat the whole bowl
