Re: December Dinners
Tonight is Grilled Chicken with Rosemary and Bacon, which sounds great but I can't take credit, Anastasia (my eldest DD) found the recipe online and she's making it as I'm not too well at the moment.

Re: December Dinners
We had my parents over and we decorated for Christmas, so I made a Rueben Stuffed Pork Tenderloin. Last Friday, Costco had pork tenderloin on sale so I paid $9 for an 8.5 lb tenderloin! It feed 7 of us, I sent leftovers home with my parents, and I still have enough for a whole other meal for my family!
I also made Autumn Roasted Veggies with Apples and Pecans, rolls, and a pumpkin cheesecake for dessert.

And, mmmm, pumpkin cheesecake! That sounds so yummy right now! (My family insisted on plain ol' regular cheesecake with cherries for Thanksgiving, and I was just craving pumpkin. I may have to indulge myself when they aren't paying attention. ) We're having chicken and broccoli stir-fry tonight.

Re: December Dinners
Did the in law visits today and didn't get home until dinnertime so I had to throw something together fairly quick and easy.
Ended up with tacos, roasted veggies, and fresh fruit.

Re: December Dinners
We ended up having a leftovers night last night, so I’ll make the sweet and spicy chicken tonight. Probably an easy side like steam in the bag green beans.
